2015 Trek Silque SLX - Women's

Experience the luxurious ride quality and effortless speed of Trek's Silque SLX. Handmade from Trek's 600 Series OCLV size-specific carbon, it's light, stiff, and playful, and with Trek's IsoSpeed decoupler, it's compliant too. The women's ride-tuned geometry gives you confident handling for quick accelerations as well as long, sweeping descents. An Ultegra drivetrain dishes out the easy, precise shifting that Shimano is renowned for, and Bontrager's Race X Lite wheels are wrapped with 25c tires for the perfect combination of speed, impressive ride quality, and low rolling resistance. What's more, Trek keeps the Silque SLX firmly in the featherweight class with a carbon bar and seatmast.

Comments:

I finally took the leap and bought my first rode bike - and am loving it !!! Named her " White Lightening" !!! Love how fast you can go with little effort compared to my hybrid. With my group rides, we are averaging 19 mph !! Do highly recommend this bike. Did change the seat at my fitting, but that was just my personal choice.

About Me

Comments:

It's almost paid off.. and I don't regret this purchase whatsoever!! I love my blue beauty, we went about 2k miles last summer and the shop I had maintenance done at remarked about how new she looks. From casual rides to centuries, this is my go-to bike. It handles great, is smooth as a cloud, and climbs like a dream, plus wind is no longer a deterrent to getting ride in. The carbon is strong and wheels are of excellent, lightweight quality.
